ABOUT THE SPEAKER:
Will Linssen is Practice Leader for Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching in Europe and Asia. As Business Partner and Master Coach working with Marshall Goldsmith, he supports top executives to “Make Change Happen” using effective business solutions and practical leadership applications that deliver measurable results for their specific organizational challenges. Will also advises multinationals on integration of coaching systems into their existing HR development processes where he draws from his more than two decades executive experience as he has held several positions in general management and business leadership at multinational companies in Europe and Asia. Will has also published various books and articles with Marshall Goldsmith on coaching and leadership development.
Most of his executive coaching clients hold international positions in a wide range of industries at Fortune 500 Cos across Asia and Europe such as Coca Cola, GSK, Novartis, McDonalds, Philips, Pepsi, ING, Kimberly Clark, Philip Morris, BAT, LG, Standard Chartered Bank, Bayer, Syngenta, AON Hewitt and SC Johnson.
Will holds a Master of Science degree in Technology Management from the Eindhoven University of Technology in the Netherlands and a Master degree in Business Administration from IMD, in Switzerland.
