DQG establishes EFQM Assessors Club in the UAE

The Dubai Quality Group (DQG), in association with EFQM and with the support of Department of Economic Development (DED), Dubai, organised a seminar on EFQM Model 2013, on Thursday and announced the establishment of EFQM Assessors Club.

The event, sponsored by the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), took place after the recent release of the EFQM Model 2013′s version, which aims at providing other new and qualitative trails in the performance of organisations, companies and individuals on a large scale.

The EFQM Model maintains its position as a leading global performance model, used by more than 30,000 organisations around the world, by undertaking regular and systematic cycles of review and renewal in order to ensure it reflects the true picture of the world.

Two experts, Chris Hakes and Geoff Carter, who took part in the renewal process of the newly-releases model, spoke at the seminar and shared insights about the subject.

Having trained around 300 EFQM assessors, makes DQG an exclusive authority to establish and own the EFQM Assessors Club. This historic breakthrough, achieved by the Group, will be added to its rich portfolio which was recently updated with local, regional and global achievements, initiatives and events.

Commenting on this important event, Ms. Badria Al-Tamimi, Managing Director of DQG, said, “The Group is eager to provide the best and latest tools that contribute to the activation of the production line and support the approach of excellence and innovation.
