DQG subgroup organises Change Management Conference

Change Management Subgroup of Dubai Quality Group (DQG) organised “The 6th Change Management conference 2017” in collaboration with the Association of Change Management Professionals Middle East & North Africa.

The two-day conference being held at a local hotel from April 26 to 27, 2017, under the theme of “Making Change Happen – Operationalising Change Management”, focuses on a unique cultural change management and interaction with the industry’s most prominent thought leaders and practitioners from around the world.

The Conference is the only distinguished gathering in the region that covers this discipline and brings together change management practitioners to connect with them along with executives at this prestigious event that focuses exclusively on Change Management field.

This meeting brought together professionals and members of management from public sectors and leading organisations with senior representatives from the solution providers and consulting firms making it the perfect event to examine the challenges and issues facing the business from the Change Management perspectives to learn about the latest solutions and tools available in the market today.

The conference has international, regional and local speakers from various industries and businesses in both public and private sectors to share, network, learn and talking about “How to Manage Change Successfully”, all presentations focus on Achieving Success by Managing Change.

The first day of the conference started with the welcome note of Dr. Raied Abdul-Karim, Conference Chairman, & Chair of Change Management Subgroup of DQG, said “As a change Management association and our conference today pay great attention to enabling employees to adapt to changing the environment, support new projects and initiatives and hence increasing their level of success.”

Eissa Khoury, Managing Partner, Ikigai Consult B.V, IRELAND. He spoke about “Telco industry – changing to add value and differentiate in the market”. Qabas Shaer, Founder, Riforma Consulting, UAE, she spoke about “Innovation in delivering changing the Game in Learning & Development Using LEGO SERIOUS PLAY”. Dr. Khaled Al-Mobarak, President, Mawj Training & Consulting, KSA, he spoke about “People Engagement through effective Change Management”. Donald Bosire, Strategic Change Manager, Central Bank of Kenya, KENYA, he spoke about “creating high performing teams has become a key priority – strategic plans and collaboration”. Dr. Nada Hussain Al Moosa, Head of QA Section, Ministry of Health, OMAN, she spoke about “A change Management Framework for social responsibility of Higher Education Institution”. Sadaf Khan, Business Change Manager, Emirates Airline, UAE, she spoke about “Practical and tangible application of CM vs. toying with concepts and theory”.
