Can we use DQG logo on our website?

Investor Partners of DQG are eligible to use DQG’s logo on their marketing collateral. Corporate and Affiliate members can opt for the usage of the logo on an additional annual payment of AED 500. Any use of DQG’s logo should be in line with DQG’s Corporate Branding Guidelines.

How many free seminars does DQG conduct?

DQG conducts minimum 12 free seminars – one every month. In addition to this we also host free Subgroup seminars for our members

What are the certified courses that DQG offers

DQG offers a number of certified courses which includes:

  • QMS – IRCA certified courses
  • EFQM – Certified courses
  • Six Sigma courses

How can I update my details, I have recently relocated to new role or new country?

Please log into Members Area on DQG’s website, and log in with your username and password to update your details.

What discounts are offered?

All DQG members enjoy 10-30% discounted rates to DQG’s conferences, workshops and training programs.

What do I do if I am experiencing problems with DQG’s mailings?

What is DQG privacy policy?

We take privacy seriously and we are committed to protecting your personal information. Our privacy policy is designed to tell you what information is being collected about you, how personal information is being used, to whom personal data is being disclosed and how this personal information is stored and protected so that you can make an informed choice about using this site. This privacy policy has been developed in accordance with our legal obligations.

I would like to propose a vendor-sponsored session. How is that done?

We want our talks to be opportunities for professionals to share their ideas and experiences. Presentations that are commercial or marketing in nature will not be considered. In general, content specific to proprietary products and technologies is considered appropriate for sponsored sessions. The conference management reserves the right to exercise their editorial discretion. If you would like to publicise a product, please contact our sales team for information on exhibiting and other vendor opportunities, including sponsored sessions

Can we nominate extra members to our membership?

DQG membership as per options listed only extends benefits as listed below:

  • Investor Member – 10 nominated members
  • Corporate Members – 4 nominated members
  • Affiliate Members – 2 nominated members

If you wish to nominate extra employees from your company, this is possible on an additional annual fee of AED 250 per nominee.

In case of cancellation of any event registration, will I be eligible for refund?

For certified training programs, once you receive confirmation of seats from our side, no cancellation is entertained, and hence there will be no refund. Bookings to other events, workshops or training programs are refundable if cancellation notification is sent 7 working days prior to the event.

Can we register for two different subgroups?

Yes, registered DQG members can sign up and be part of DQG subgroups of their interest.
