Human Resources Subgroup Gathering
Members of the Human Resources Sub Group gathered together on 12th January 2004 at Danat Dubai Cruises to celebrate the completion of the report - Performance Management System 2003.
Dubai Quality Group had established the 'HR Sub-group' with the mission to support our partners to achieve organizational excellence through strategic management of their 'Human Assets'. To fulfill this mission, the HR Sub-group conducted an 'H R Needs Identification Survey' among the DQG members. As evidenced through this survey the HR Sub-group prioritized the needs of the members and as a result developed a framework and standards for Performance Management System, based on best practices.
Together members cruised the Dubai creek on a Danat Cruise ship - watching
the breathtaking sunset while enjoying the memorable experience
of this team's company.
Congratulations to the HR Sub Group team for their dedication, vision and spirit to provide the business community with valued contributions !

Dubai Quality Group Human Resource
Sub-group conducted an 'HR Needs Identification Survey'

up PMS or auditing the current one. It is not the only way of
approaching but it provides guidelines based on best practice
