IDEAS ARABIA AWARD:
The Ideas Arabia Award recognizes the most significant ideas implemented last year. This Award seeks to recognize employees and organizations for their outstanding ideas. The Award allows participating companies to benchmark against other leading organizations. It also acts as a motivational tool for employees.
Participation in the Award has many benefits. It provides additional recognition to your employees and highlights how involving your employees can benefit your organization. It helps impart one’s experience to other companies and allows employees to learn from practices followed in other organizations.
Award Assessment:
An award committee/Jury composed of experts was used to supervise the outcomes of the assessment process during the competition. This ensures the award's credibility and that the outcomes are up to the highest standards and compatible with DGEP.
Due to the credibility and status of this award, many organisations throughout the UAE participated in it to enhance their Innovation strategy, corporate excellence, and general performance.
Under the Jury committee, teams of expert assessors are formed to assess each category. The assessment process runs in three stages:
