Dubai Quality Group (DQG) is committed to ethical business practices. All clients, partners, and affiliates engaging with DQG through any services such as and not limited to consulting, training, awards, and assessments are prohibited from soliciting any DQG’s employee, consultants, trainers, assessors, or representative such as Head of Award/Award associate or project consultant for permanent employment or on project basis without prior written approval from DQG’s management. This non-solicitation obligation lasts for the duration of any engagement with DQG and for 24 months after its conclusion. Any breach will be viewed as a violation of DQG’s practices and terms of engagement and may result in appropriate legal action under the law of the Emirate of Dubai.
