Dubai, 26 January 2023, UAE: Under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Ahmed Bin Saeed Al
Maktoum, President of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, Chairman of Dubai Airports, Chairman
and Chief Executive of Emirates Airline & Group. Dr. Hazza Khalfan Alneaimi, Chairman of
Dubai Quality Group, has approved the new formation of the “Continuous Improvement”
subgroup's members.
Dr. Hazza Alneaimi, Chairman of Dubai Quality Group stated, “We are pleased to have
new members of the Continuous Improvement Sub-Group, who were carefully selected from
UAE, Oman, Saudi Arabia, India, and Singapore according to their experience, competencies
and continual improvement achievements. We always seek to strengthen the sub-groups with
distinguished members to support our aim and continually achieve DQG's vision of being the
quality, excellence, and innovation partner and leading the business community's
development in the UAE & Region.
“By having new members, we will be able to unite and inspire our stakeholders to make a
difference globally by creating an environment that supports creative thinking and promote the
value of pursuing quality and excellence to rise above the future challenges we are facing.”
He added.
Eng. Mustafa Al Balushi, Chairperson of Continuous Improvement Said “I am honoured
and grateful to receive the confidence from DQG Board of Directors, for appointing me as
Chairperson for Continuous Improvement Sub-group for the cycle of 2022 – 2026, working
with a diverse team of professionals in Continuous Improvement from different sectors, to
promote and spread the concept of Continuous Improvement and Innovation regionally and
globally. By deploying Continuous Improvement and Innovation best practices, enables the
organisations to create an attractive and innovative work environment and culture, resulting in
optimum results, that reflects positively on achieving the excellence and sustainability of
businesses. We will focus on promoting Continuous Improvement Programs, and create a
sharing platform for best methodologies, practices, and techniques in achieving excellence
between various organisations, through different strategic initiatives and programs, that will
contribute to achieving DQG’s vision”

Since continuous Improvement is one of the principles of quality management and business
excellence, the continuous Improvement sub-group is one of the major sub-groups of the
Dubai Quality Group based on continuous Improvement standards and innovation to enhance
business competitiveness.
Continuous Improvement knowledge uses structured, team-based methodologies and
scientific, statistical problem-solving techniques, which are critical for entities with a system of
Continuous Improvement that requires a defined structure, use of resources, and quantitative
and qualitative analytical and innovative tools.
Since 1995, as a non-profit organization, Dubai Quality Group has been committed to being
the center of knowledge promoting Innovation and Excellence in the U.A.E. & Region. To
cater to its diverse membership, DQG has established the new Futuristic Subgroup to provide
“like-minded” members with a digital platform to exchange thoughts, ideas, and expertise in
specific areas. As per the Subgroup’s bylaws, the subgroup’s members will meet regularly to
organize conferences, awards, webinars/seminars, workshops, benchmarking activities, and
other social events.
